We are seeking an experienced Senior Frontend Engineer to lead the development of intuitive, highly responsive web applications for our event management platform. In this role, you will collaborate closely with product designers, backend engineers, and product managers to build scalable UI components, optimize client-side performance, and deliver seamless user experiences.

We are looking for a SaaS Growth & Customer Success Manager to help market our software products, connect with potential customers, and build strong relationships with the people who use our applications. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys digital marketing, talking with customers, following up on opportunities, and helping technology products grow. You do not need to be an expert in every area. We are looking for someone who communicates well, is willing to learn, takes initiative, and can grow with the role. Key responsibilities include: Help manage and grow our presence on social media and other digital platforms. Create and publish engaging marketing content, product announcements, promotions, and updates. Help plan and run digital marketing campaigns for our SaaS applications. Respond to inquiries from potential and existing customers. Follow up with leads and people who have shown interest in our products. Help turn interested prospects into paying customers. Maintain positive relationships with existing customers. Check in with customers and gather feedback about their experience. Help promote new product features, launches, offers, and updates. Research potential customers, communities, businesses, and partnership opportunities. Keep simple records of leads, sales conversations, follow-ups, and customer interactions. Share customer feedback and useful market observations with the team. Learn our products well enough to clearly explain how they can help potential customers.
