Common Issues

Can't Submit Question

Possible Causes:

• Not checked into session
• Q&A not enabled yet
• Character limit exceeded
• Network connectivity

Solutions:

1. Verify you're checked into session
2. Check if Q&A window is open
3. Shorten question to <500 characters
4. Check internet connection

Question Not Showing Up

Possible Causes:

• Moderation enabled
• Duplicate question
• Inappropriate content flagged
• Sync delay

Solutions:

1. Wait for moderator approval
2. Check if similar question exists
3. Refresh the page
4. Contact organizer

Can't Upvote Questions

Possible Causes:

• Already upvoted
• Voting not enabled
• Session ended

Solutions:

1. Check if you already upvoted (button highlighted)
2. Verify voting is enabled
3. Ask during active session only

Questions Disappeared

Possible Causes:

• Session ended
• Organizer cleared questions
• Filter applied

Solutions:

1. Check if session is still active
2. Remove any active filters
3. Refresh page

For Organizers

Q&A Not Working

1. Verify Q&A enabled in session settings
2. Check if session is live
3. Test with your own question
4. Check moderation queue

Too Many Questions

1. Enable moderation
2. Mark questions as answered
3. Combine duplicate questions
4. Extend Q&A time
