Guide to the Planadar Website Builder

The Planadar Website Builder is a drag-and-drop tool for creating a beautiful, high-converting public event website — hero, schedule, speakers, tickets, sponsors, FAQs, and more. Data-driven sections auto-populate from your event, so a great page comes together fast.

Editing Your Site

  1. Open the Event Console and click Website Builder.
  2. Drag sections from the Add Sections panel on the left (collapse it with the toggle rail for more canvas room), or start from a template.
  3. Click any text directly on the canvas to edit it (inline editing) — headings, body copy, and button labels. Changes flow through undo/redo and autosave.
  4. Select a section to open its settings on the right: content, layout, colors, spacing, and per-device options.

Editing Aids

Themes (One-Click Restyle)

Open Theme Settings and pick a preset to restyle the whole site while keeping your content:

Templates

Click Templates for pre-designed starting points (your sections are replaced). Free templates include Tech Conference, Workshop Simple, Minimal Starter, and Virtual Summit. Premium templates (e.g. Virtual Summit Pro, Gala & Fundraiser, Elite Summit, Elegance) are available on paid plans.

Write with AI

SEO & Social

Open the SEO panel to set your Meta Title and Meta Description — or click Generate title & description with AI to draft them from your event. You'll also see a live Google preview, plus fields for a social share (OG) image, favicon, and your own Google Analytics (GA4) and Meta Pixel IDs. On a multi-page site, the panel has a This page section (per-page title, description, OG image, no-index, and exclude-from-sitemap) above your Site defaults, so each page can have its own meta.

Multiple Pages, Header & Footer

Your website can be more than one page:

Reusable Components (Saved Blocks)

Save any section as a reusable component and insert it on other pages as linked instances — edit the component once and every instance updates everywhere. Unlink an instance to make it a one-off copy, or use Customize on this page to change just that instance's content while its design keeps syncing. Publishing bakes each page so your live site stays fast and self-contained.
