Guide to the Planadar Website Builder
The Planadar Website Builder is a drag-and-drop tool that helps you create beautiful, high-converting public landing pages for event registration, schedules, speaker lists, and FAQs.
Editing Your Site
- Navigate to the Event Console and click Website Builder.
- Customize pre-designed templates with your event's layout.
- Manage sections like:
- Hero Section: Event titles, background images, and primary registration CTAs.
- Schedule: Timelines of active event tracks and sessions.
- Speakers: Grid display of speaker profiles, titles, and bios.
- Sponsor Boards: Custom packages and logos.
- FAQs: Accordion listings of common questions.
Publication Statuses
- Draft: Your changes are saved locally but not visible to the public. Useful while configuring schedule changes or finalizing speakers.
- Published: The site goes live instantly on your event URL.
- To publish, click "Publish Website" in the builder toolbar. Note that you must have a valid subdomain or verified custom domain configured to publish.
Plan-Based Feature Gating
- Free Plan: Public websites are hosted on a path-based URL (
planadar.com/e/:slug) and feature a default Planadar header logo and a "Powered by Planadar" footer credit. - Growth Plan: Websites can be hosted on a custom subdomain (
yourname.planadar.com). Organizers can upload custom logos and colors, but the website retains the "Powered by Planadar" footer credit. - Scale Plan: Complete white-labeling. Removes all Planadar marks, footers, and links, and allows hosting on your custom domain.
