Volunteer Shift Scheduler & Coordination
Available on Growth and higher plans, the Volunteer Manager coordinates on-site support staff, session moderators, and logistics teams.
Setting Up Volunteer Opportunities
- Navigate to Event Console → Volunteers.
- Click Add Opportunity and define the volunteer role (e.g. "Check-in Staff", "Session Moderator").
- Create shifts with start/end times, and set the required number of volunteers for each shift.
Volunteer Sign-Up and Approval
- Opportunities Page: Volunteers can browse roles and sign up for available shifts.
- Approval Queue: Organizers review applications and approve or reject sign-ups to ensure roles are staffed by qualified personnel.
On-Site Tracking
- Check-In/Out: Volunteers check in when their shift starts and check out when it ends.
- Shift Reports: Review shift logs to track total volunteer hours, attendance rates, and team coverage.
