Venue Logistics, Parking & Shuttle Maps Guide

Available on Growth and higher plans, the Venue Logistics suite helps attendees navigate parking, drop-off zones, and shuttle transportation.

Adding Logistics Maps

  1. Navigate to Event Console → Logistics.
  2. Upload image files of parking maps or drop-off zone layouts.
  3. Place pins on the interactive venue map to designate:
    • Primary parking lot
    • Rideshare pick-up/drop-off zone
    • Valet parking desk
    • Shuttle bus stop

Shuttle Timetables

  1. Click Add Shuttle Route.
  2. Enter route details (e.g. "Hotel to Venue").
  3. Set start/end times and route frequency (e.g., "Every 15 minutes").
  4. Publish. The schedules and maps instantly sync to the public event website and attendee wallets.
