Venue Logistics, Parking & Shuttle Maps Guide
Available on Growth and higher plans, the Venue Logistics suite helps attendees navigate parking, drop-off zones, and shuttle transportation.
Adding Logistics Maps
- Navigate to Event Console → Logistics.
- Upload image files of parking maps or drop-off zone layouts.
- Place pins on the interactive venue map to designate:
- Primary parking lot
- Rideshare pick-up/drop-off zone
- Valet parking desk
- Shuttle bus stop
Shuttle Timetables
- Click Add Shuttle Route.
- Enter route details (e.g. "Hotel to Venue").
- Set start/end times and route frequency (e.g., "Every 15 minutes").
- Publish. The schedules and maps instantly sync to the public event website and attendee wallets.
