Venue Logistics, Parking & Shuttle Maps Guide

Available on Growth and higher plans, the Venue Logistics suite helps attendees navigate parking, drop-off zones, and shuttle transportation.

Everything lives in one place: Event Console → Setup → Logistics, split into four tabs that match exactly what attendees see on your event page.

Venue

Map coordinates, floor and room, written directions, accessibility notes, WiFi network and password, and nearby hotels. This tab is available on every plan.

Transportation

Shuttle routes and timetables. Add a route (e.g. "Hotel to Venue"), set its times and frequency, and it appears on the event page's Transportation tab.

Parking

Add each parking lot with its address, capacity, hourly/daily rate (or mark it free), whether a permit is required, and any accessibility features. Lots appear as pins on the attendee map.

Rideshare

Add pick-up and drop-off zones with a name, instructions for drivers and riders, and a marker colour so each zone is distinguishable on the map.

A note if you used an earlier version: parking and rideshare zones were previously edited inline on your event's public page, and shuttles lived in the Organizer Panel. All three now live here together. Your existing data is unchanged — only where you edit it has moved.

Indoor Floor Plan & Wayfinding

For multi-room or exhibition venues, build an interactive indoor map from Event Console → Exhibitors → Floor Plan (Growth plans and above):

  1. Pick your event and Upload floor plan (a PNG or JPG of the venue layout). You can add more than one — for example, one per floor.
  2. Click anywhere on the plan to drop a pin, then give it a label, a category (Booth, Session Room, Registration, Food & Drink, Restroom, Entrance, and so on), and an optional description.
  3. Click any pin to edit or delete it. Pins are stored as a position on the image, so they stay accurate at any screen size.

Attendees get a searchable, zoomable version on the event page's Logistics → Venue tab — no routing to set up, just labeled locations they can find by name.
