1. Free Plan ($0/month)
Perfect for casual, community, or first-time organizers starting out.
- Ticketing Fees: 5% platform fee on paid ticket sales (plus standard Stripe processing fees).
- Attendee Limit: Up to 50 attendees per event.
- Event Days: Maximum 1 event day duration.
- Sessions: Limit of 5 sessions per event.
- Branding: Default Planadar-branded PDF tickets and email confirmations.
2. Growth Plan ($79/month)
Designed for growing organizations and recurring mid-sized events.
- Ticketing Fees: 0% platform fee (keep 100% of your ticket revenue).
- Attendee Limit: Up to 250 attendees per event.
- Event Days: Up to 3 event days duration.
- Sessions: Limit of 10 sessions per event.
- Key Features: Custom subdomain, name badge designer, volunteer scheduling, venue/parking maps, lost & found, full gamification, AI recommendations, and basic organizer branding.
3. Professional Plan ($149/month)
Ideal for professional event agencies and large multi-track conferences.
- Ticketing Fees: 0% platform fee.
- Attendee Limit: Up to 1,000 attendees per event.
- Event Days: Up to 5 event days duration.
- Sessions: Unlimited sessions.
- Key Features: Everything in Growth plus emergency safety broadcasts, custom gamification challenges, multi-track scheduling, and advanced executive reporting.
4. Scale Plan ($299/month)
For large-scale enterprises requiring full white-labeling and high attendee capacity.
- Ticketing Fees: 0% platform fee.
- Attendee Limit: Up to 5,000 attendees per event.
- Event Days: Up to 15 event days duration.
- Key Features: Everything in Professional plus custom white-label domain mapping, full branding removal, priority account support, custom integrations, and an SLA uptime commitment.
5. Single-Event Pass ($99 one-time)
A flat-fee pass for organizers running a single paid event without a monthly commitment.
- Ticketing Fees: 0% platform fee.
- Attendee Limit: Up to 500 attendees for the event.
- Event Days: Up to 3 event days duration.
- Key Features: Everything in the Growth Plan.
Enforced Limits vs. Soft Limits
- Event Creation & Duration: Strictly enforced at event creation. If you try to create an event spanning more days than allowed by your active subscription, the creator dashboard will prompt an upgrade.
- Attendee Limits: Checked dynamically during ticket purchase and guest registration. The system will prevent additional registrations once the event reaches your subscription's attendee cap.
- Session Limits: Checked during schedule creation. You cannot add more sessions to your timeline than your plan allows.
Pro Tip: If your event is growing quickly, you can upgrade your plan at any time through the View Plans portal. Subscription upgrades are pro-rated immediately.
