Event Document Management
Accessing Documents
Navigate to Organizer Admin → Documents Tab
Uploading Documents
- Click Upload Document
- Choose file (PDF, DOCX, PPTX, etc.)
- Set document details:
- Title
- Description
- Category
- Access level (Public/Private)
- Assign to sessions (optional)
- Upload
Document Organization
Organize by:
- Event-level documents
- Session-specific materials
- Pre-event resources
- Post-event materials
- Internal documents
Access Control
Set permissions:
- Public: All registered attendees
- Private: Committee only
- Session-specific: Registered for that session
- Post-event: After event ends
Document Categories
- Schedules and programs
- Speaker slides
- Handouts and worksheets
- Maps and directions
- Sponsor materials
- Certificates and badges
Tracking Downloads
Monitor:
- Download count per document
- Most popular materials
- Download timing
- User engagement
Version Control
- Upload new versions
- Track version history
- Archive old versions
- Rollback if needed
Pro Tip: Upload key documents 1 week before event!
