Unsubscribe, Suppression & Email Limits

Planadar keeps your event emails compliant and protects your sender reputation automatically.

Unsubscribe

Every marketing email includes an Unsubscribe link in the footer and a native one-click unsubscribe control (shown by Gmail/Yahoo next to the sender). When a recipient unsubscribes:

• They're recorded for that event and automatically skipped on future announcements.
• Your Estimated recipients count updates to reflect it.

Transactional emails (ticket confirmations, payout notices) are never affected.

Suppression

Recipients who mark an email as spam are also suppressed from future marketing sends for that event.

Sending limits

• Free plan: up to 250 marketing emails per day. If a send would exceed the remaining allowance, it's blocked with a clear message.
• Paid plans (Growth and above): no daily cap.

This is enforced automatically — no setup required.
