Accessing Email Features

Navigate to Organizer Admin → Email Templates

Available Templates

Customize templates for:

• Registration confirmation
• Check-in reminders
• Session updates
• Event changes
• Thank you messages
• Feedback requests
• Certificate delivery
• Waitlist promotions

Template Editor

Customize:

• Subject line with merge fields
• Email body with rich formatting
• Brand colors and logos
• Call-to-action buttons
• Footer content
• Unsubscribe options

Merge Fields

Use dynamic content:

• {{firstName}} - Attendee first name
• {{lastName}} - Attendee last name
• {{eventName}} - Event name
• {{eventDate}} - Event date
• {{ticketUrl}} - Ticket link
• {{checkInCode}} - QR code

Bulk Email Campaigns

1. Navigate to Notifications Tab
2. Click Send Bulk Email
3. Select recipients:
   • All registered
   • Checked in only
   • Not checked in
   • Custom filters
4. Choose or create template
5. Preview email
6. Schedule or send immediately

Testing Templates

• Send test email to yourself
• Preview on mobile/desktop
• Check merge field population
• Verify links work
• Test across email clients

Email Analytics

Track:

• Open rate
• Click-through rate
• Bounce rate
• Unsubscribe rate
• Best send times
