Name Badge Designer & Print Queue Guide

Available on Growth and higher plans, the Name Badge Designer helps you create professional physical badges for on-site attendees, speakers, and staff.

Designing Badges

  1. Open the Event Console and click Name Badge Designer.
  2. Use the visual editor to customize the badge layout (sizing, borders, backgrounds).
  3. Place dynamic placeholders on the canvas:
    • {{name}} - Attendee's full name
    • {{company}} - Attendee's organization
    • {{role}} - Attendee's job title or tier (e.g. VIP, Speaker)
    • QR Code - Dynamic check-in QR code for on-site scanning
  4. Save your template.

Managing the Print Queue

During check-in, you can automate printing:

  1. Navigate to Organizer Tools → Check-In.
  2. As attendees are scanned or manually checked in, they are added to the Print Queue.
  3. Connect a local label printer (e.g. Zebra, Brother) to your check-in terminal.
  4. Click Print next to the queue items to print individual badges, or enable Auto-Print to print the badge immediately upon check-in.
