Joining the Planadar Beta-Tester Program
Planadar is inviting event organizers to try the platform free of charge during a limited beta. In return, beta testers run real events on Planadar, tell us honestly what works and what doesn't, and help us catch bugs before everyone else sees them.
Who it's for
Organizers of real events: nonprofits, churches, associations, schools, companies, community groups and event agencies. You don't need an account to apply.
How to apply
- Go to planadar.com/beta (there is also a Beta program link in the footer of the home page).
- Fill in the application: who you are, the kind of events you run, how big they are, which parts of Planadar you'd like to test (registration, paid tickets, QR check-in, sessions, exhibitors, volunteers, email, virtual events, certificates, the website builder, reports), and why you'd like to join.
- Read the Beta Program Agreement, tick the box to accept it, and submit. The full agreement is also at planadar.com/beta-terms if you'd like to read or print it first.
The form is protected by invisible Google reCAPTCHA. If you see "Security verification failed", refresh the page and try again.
What happens next
- You'll get a confirmation email straight away, with a link to the agreement you accepted. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive.
- We review applications as they arrive, looking for a mix of organizers and event types. Applying doesn't guarantee a place.
- Whatever we decide, we will email you at the address you applied with. If you're accepted, that email will explain how your access is set up.
- You only need to apply once. Submitting again with the same email address won't create a second application.
What testers receive, and what we ask
- Free access to the platform for the beta period, with no payment card needed. This covers Planadar's subscription fees only: third-party charges such as Stripe's payment-processing fees on ticket sales are not waived.
- What we ask: use Planadar for real event workflows, complete a short feedback survey at least once, answer follow-up questions, and report bugs promptly.
- It's pre-release software. It can change, have bugs or be unavailable at times, so keep your own copies of important data and a fallback plan for your events.
- Confidentiality: unreleased features are confidential. You keep ownership of your events and data.
- Either side can end participation at any time. We'll give at least 14 days' notice where we can, and before free access ends we'll tell you what it means for your events.
The agreement is the authoritative version of all of this.
