Understanding Team Leaderboards

Note: Leaderboards are part of gamification. An event leaderboard appears only when the organizer has enabled Gamification (and the leaderboard) for that event; the platform-wide leaderboard is available when Planadar's gamification is enabled globally.

Accessing Team Leaderboards

Navigate to Dashboard → Leaderboards → Team

How Team Rankings Work

Teams earn combined points from:

• Member check-ins
• Team challenges
• Collective engagement
• Team achievements
• Collaboration bonuses

Team Scoring

Individual Actions (counted for team):

• Event check-ins
• Session attendance
• Questions asked
• Connections made

Team Actions (bonus multiplier):

• Team challenges completed
• All members checked in
• Team discussions
• Collaborative achievements

Competition Types

Event Leaderboard:

• Specific to one event
• Resets per event
• Event-specific rewards

Global Leaderboard:

• All-time team rankings
• Cumulative points
• Hall of fame status

Monthly Leaderboard:

• Resets monthly
• Seasonal competitions
• Fresh start opportunity

Team Achievements

Unlock team badges:

• Full Attendance (all members check in)
• Social Butterflies (most connections)
• Engagement Masters (most participation)
• Challenge Champions (all challenges)
