Understanding Team Leaderboards

Note: Leaderboards are part of gamification. An event leaderboard appears only when the organizer has enabled Gamification (and the leaderboard) for that event; the platform-wide leaderboard is available when Planadar's gamification is enabled globally.

Where to find it

Open Dashboard → Teams. The Team Leaderboard is below the teams you manage and belong to.

How teams are ranked

A team's score is the total points of its members: every member adds the points they have earned on Planadar. Each row shows the team's rank, its name and logo, its total points, how many members count, and the average points per member. Teams with the same total share a rank (two teams tied for 2nd are both 2nd, and the next is 4th), and tied teams are listed alphabetically.

Who counts

• Members who are hidden do not count. On Dashboard → Leaderboards, the Visible / Hidden button beside Your Rankings controls whether you appear on leaderboards. If you are hidden, your points are not added to your team's score.
• A new team with no points yet still appears, at zero.
• A team whose members are all hidden is not listed.

What it does not do

The leaderboard ranks teams by their members' total points. It does not run its own team challenges or award team badges or prizes: the points come from what each member does on Planadar, like check-ins, challenges and streaks.
