Virtual Event Lobby Guide

The Virtual Lobby is your central hub for attending virtual and hybrid events on Planadar.

Accessing the Virtual Lobby

1. Go to the event details page
2. Look for the "Virtual Stage" tab (only visible for virtual/hybrid events)
3. Click to enter the Virtual Lobby

Lobby Features

Live Streams Section

• View all currently live sessions
• "LIVE NOW" badges indicate active streams
• Click "Watch Stream" to join

Upcoming Sessions

• See what's coming up next
• Countdown timers for each session
• Plan your viewing schedule

Online Attendees

• Real-time count of virtual attendees
• See who's currently at the event
• Connect with fellow attendees

Quick Navigation

• Exhibition Hall: Visit sponsor booths
• Networking Lounge: Connect with attendees
• On-Demand: Watch recorded sessions

Event Branding

• Custom event banners and logos
