Complete Guide to Event Support Tickets
Accessing Support Tickets
Navigate to Profile → Support tab to view your support tickets.
Submitting a Help Ticket
- Click Create New Ticket
- Select ticket priority (Low, Medium, High, Urgent)
- Choose a category (Technical, Venue, Sessions, Other)
- Describe your issue in detail
- Attach photos if helpful
- Submit ticket
Tracking Your Tickets
- View all your tickets in one place
- See ticket status (Open, In Progress, Waiting Response, Resolved)
- Check organizer responses
- Add follow-up messages
Response Times
- Urgent: <15 minutes
- High: <1 hour
- Medium: <4 hours
- Low: <24 hours
