Complete Guide to Event Support Tickets

Accessing Support Tickets

Navigate to Profile → Support tab to view your support tickets.

Submitting a Help Ticket

  1. Click Create New Ticket
  2. Select ticket priority (Low, Medium, High, Urgent)
  3. Choose a category (Technical, Venue, Sessions, Other)
  4. Describe your issue in detail
  5. Attach photos if helpful
  6. Submit ticket
