Saving Events
How to Save
- Browse events
- Click Save bookmark icon
- Icon fills (saved confirmation)
- Access later in Dashboard → Saved Events
What Happens When You Save
- Added to your personal list
- Receive notifications for:
- Registration opening
- Early bird deadlines
- Schedule updates
- Speaker additions
- Quick access from dashboard
Managing Saved Events
View Saved Events
- Go to Dashboard
- Click Saved Events section
- Filter by date, category, location
- Sort by: Newest, Upcoming, Most Popular
Unsaving Events
- Click filled bookmark icon (toggles off)
- Removes from saved list
- Stops notifications
- Can re-save anytime
Saved vs. Registered
- Saved: Interested, not committed
- Registered: Committed to attend
- Both show in different dashboard sections
- Can be both saved AND registered
Notifications for Saved Events
Auto-Notifications
- Registration opening: 1 day before
- Early bird deadline: 3 days warning
- Event capacity: 80% full alert
- Cancellation/postponement: Immediate
Manage Notification Frequency
- Settings → Saved Event Alerts
- Options: All, Important Only, None
- Custom: Select specific events
