QR Code Check-In Guide

What You Need

• Your unique QR code (from ticket or email)
• The Planadar app or website open

Check-In Steps

1. Open your event ticket
2. Display your QR code
3. Show to event staff scanner
4. Hear confirmation beep
5. Receive 100 points instantly!

Troubleshooting

QR Code Won't Scan?

• Increase screen brightness
• Remove screen protector glare
• Keep the full code inside the frame and hold steady 6–12 inches away
• Ask staff to use Scan Image for a clear photo or screenshot
• Try manual check-in with staff

No Internet?

• Secure badge verification requires an internet connection
• Ask staff to use manual check-in if the venue connection is unavailable

Lost QR Code?

• Check your email
• View in "My Events" dashboard
• Request resend from organizers
