Buying and Registering Multiple Tickets
Planadar supports purchasing multiple tickets in a single checkout. This guide explains the registration flow, entering guest details, and order management.
Purchase Flow
- Open the event page and click "Buy Tickets".
- Select your desired ticket tier and choose the ticket quantity from the dropdown.
- Click "Checkout". You will be directed to Stripe to complete the payment.
Entering Guest Details
After successful checkout, you will be redirected to the Guest Details Form on Planadar.
- Ticket Buyer Details: The first ticket is automatically assigned to you (the buyer).
- Guest Details: For subsequent seats, you must enter:
- Guest First Name & Last Name
- Guest Email Address
- Custom registration form questions configured by the organizer (e.g. food preferences, t-shirt size).
- Buyer Pre-fill Shortcut: If you don't know your guests' details yet or are buying for yourself, check the "Same as Ticket Buyer" checkbox to quickly copy your own details to those seats.
- Click Submit to finalize the order.
What Guests Receive
Once the guest registration is submitted:
- Each guest receives their own Ticket Confirmation Email with their registration details and QR code.
- If a guest does not have a Planadar account, a lightweight account is automatically created for them under their email address. They will receive a link to set a password to claim their account.
