Watching Live Streams & Participating

Get the most out of live sessions with our interactive streaming experience.

Joining a Live Stream

1. Go to the Virtual Lobby
2. Find sessions marked with "LIVE" badge
3. Click "Watch Stream" or "Join"
4. The video player opens automatically

Video Player Features

Playback Controls

• Play/Pause button
• Volume control
• Fullscreen mode
• Picture-in-picture (PiP)
• Quality settings

Stream Information

• Session title and description
• Speaker name and bio
• Viewer count (live)
• Stream duration

Participating in Chat

Sending Messages

1. Look for the Chat tab next to the video
2. Type your message in the input field
3. Press Enter or click Send
4. Your message appears instantly

Chat Etiquette

• Stay on topic
• Be respectful to speakers and attendees
• Avoid spamming
• Report inappropriate content

Moderator Features

• Pinned announcements at top
• Highlighted important messages
• Moderated discussion

Using Q&A

Submitting Questions

1. Click the "Q&A" tab
2. Type your question
3. Click "Submit Question"
4. Wait for speaker response

Voting on Questions

• Upvote questions you want answered
• Top-voted questions get priority
• Speakers often answer most popular first

Answered Questions

• Marked with "Answered" badge
• Filter to see answered/unanswered
• Review responses later

Troubleshooting

Stream Not Loading

• Check internet connection
• Refresh the page
• Try a different browser
• Clear browser cache

No Audio

• Check volume isn't muted
• Verify speaker/headphone connection
• Check browser audio permissions

Chat Not Working

• Ensure you're logged in
• Refresh the page
• Check if chat is enabled for stream
