Event Transportation Guide

If the organizer has set up logistics for the event, you'll find getting-there info under Event Details → Logistics.

Shuttle schedule

Under Logistics → Shuttle Schedule: each shuttle route, its stops, and its departure times (for example, "Hotel to Venue, every 15 minutes"). Check the times before you set off.

Parking & the venue map

Under Logistics: an interactive venue map with pins for parking lots, rideshare pickup/drop-off zones, and other key spots, plus any parking maps the organizer has uploaded and details they've added (such as pricing or accessibility).

Rideshare & public transit

The map marks rideshare pickup/drop-off zones. For metro or bus options, check any transit notes the organizer has added to the event's logistics or description.

Tip: Screenshot the shuttle times and map before you travel, in case you're offline on the way.
