Rating Events

When to Rate

• After event ends
• Prompted via notification (24 hours post-event)
• From Dashboard → My Events → Past events
• Earn 30 points for rating

Rating Scale

• ⭐ 1 Star: Poor experience
• ⭐⭐ 2 Stars: Below expectations
• ⭐⭐⭐ 3 Stars: Average
• ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4 Stars: Good
• ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 Stars: Excellent

Rating Criteria

• Overall Experience: General satisfaction
• Content Quality: Sessions, speakers, topics
• Organization: Check-in, schedule, logistics
• Venue: Location, facilities, accessibility
• Networking: Opportunities to connect
• Value: Worth the time/cost

Writing Reviews

Review Components

• Star rating (required)
• Written feedback (optional, +50 points bonus!)
• Highlight best aspects
• Suggest improvements
• Photos (optional)

Review Guidelines
