Cancelling or Refunding Your Ticket(s)
Cancelling One Ticket
Go to My Profile → Tickets, find the event, and click Cancel. Confirm once and you're done.
Cancelling Several Tickets at Once
If you hold more than one ticket for the same event (e.g. you bought seats for a group), cancelling walks through two steps so a bulk cancellation is never accidental:
- Select — pick which of your tickets to cancel from the itemized list. Nothing is pre-selected; you choose each one deliberately.
- Confirm — review the exact tickets you're about to cancel, then confirm.
You'll see a summary once it's done (how many succeeded, and any that failed).
What Happens to Your Money
Whether cancelling gets you a refund depends on the organizer's refund policy for that event:
- Refundable events: a full refund is issued automatically to your original payment method (typically 5–10 business days to appear).
- Non-refundable events: the ticket is cancelled but no refund is issued — check the event's refund policy (shown at checkout) before buying if this matters to you.
Free tickets simply cancel with no payment involved.
After You Cancel
- You get a confirmation email and in-app notification, including the specific ticket number that was cancelled and the refund outcome.
- The organizer is notified too, so they know a seat opened up.
- A cancelled ticket still shows up under the Refunded (or relevant) tab on My Profile → Tickets — it isn't deleted, just marked cancelled.
