Add an Event to Your Calendar
Once you're registered, use the Add to Calendar button on the event page to save it to your calendar of choice:
- Google Calendar
- Outlook.com
- Office 365 (work/school)
- Apple / Download (.ics) — works with Apple Calendar, desktop Outlook, and any calendar app
Each option is pre-filled with the event's title, description, venue (or virtual link), start/end times, and a link back to the event.
Tip: If the Outlook web option opens a Microsoft sign-in or marketing page, you're not signed into that Outlook account in your browser — use the .ics download instead; it imports into any calendar.
