Event Reports & Analytics
Planadar's reporting suite gives you a full read on how an event went, plus a one-click AI summary.
Where to find it
Organizer Admin → Reports, then pick your event. For an at-a-glance view across ALL your events, use My Dashboard → Reports and the Admin panel's Analytics section.
The report tabs
- Sessions — attendance, ratings, and capacity fill rate per session.
- Engagement — questions, polls, and participation.
- Funnel — the registration funnel (form views → started → completed → abandoned) and, per source, where your registrations came from (UTM tags + referrer). See the Registration Funnel & Source Attribution guide.
- Check-Ins — the live attendance view (rate, no-shows, arrival velocity, projected final attendance, methods, ticket tiers, arrival timing). See the Check-In Analytics guide.
- Demographics — who attended, from what your registration form captured.
- Ratings — overall and per-session ratings and written feedback.
- Speakers — per-speaker performance ranked from their sessions' ratings.
- Compare — this event against your others.
- AI Insights — the AI Post-Event Report (below).
- Summary — a stakeholder-ready snapshot (event info, attendance, engagement, top sessions) you can download as a PDF.
- Export — export report data, and schedule recurring exports delivered by email.
AI Post-Event Report (Professional and above)
On the AI Insights tab, click Generate report. Planadar reads your attendees' ratings, comments, and questions and writes:
- An executive summary and overall sentiment (positive / mixed / negative).
- Sentiment by session — a per-session read (positive / mixed / negative) drawn from each session's ratings and comments.
- Recurring themes from the written feedback.
- Standout sessions and speakers, from the ratings.
- Concrete improvements for next time.
It's grounded only in your event's real feedback, so it needs some ratings or comments to work. If there isn't enough yet, it will tell you.
Exporting
Reports export as PDF, Excel, CSV, or JSON. The Export tab can also schedule recurring exports delivered by email.
Tip: Share the Summary PDF with sponsors and stakeholders, and use the AI Post-Event Report to plan your next event.
