Check-In Analytics & Live Attendance

Your event's live attendance view: who arrived, how fast, how they checked in, and how many didn't show. It updates in real time as people check in.

Where to find it

The same view lives in two places:

• Event Console → Event Day → Attendance — watch it live during doors.
• Organizer Admin → Reports → Check-Ins.

At a glance

• Total registrations, checked-in count, and check-in rate.
• No-shows — count and percentage.
• Peak hour — your busiest check-in window.
• Arrival velocity — check-ins in the last 15 minutes (your current pace at the door).

Live projection

An estimate of your final attendance — your registrations times your typical check-in rate across past events — plus a staffing hint for your busiest window. (It appears once you've run an event with check-ins to base it on.)

Timeline & progress

• A check-in progress bar toward full attendance.
• A timeline of arrivals and a cumulative running total.

Breakdowns

• By method — QR Scan, Manual, and Auto (self check-in, plus virtual/Zoom joins).
• By ticket tier — check-in rate for each tier.
• Arrival timing — Early, On Time, Late, and No Show, relative to your start time.

Download the full check-in list — name, check-in time, method, ticket tier, and arrival status — as CSV, Excel, or PDF.

Tip: Watch Arrival Velocity and the live projection during doors to decide when to add staff.
