Emergency Management & Safety Broadcasts

Available on the Professional and Scale plans, the Emergency Management suite ensures the safety of all attendees through structured protocols and instant notifications.

Configuring Safety Protocols

  1. Navigate to the Event Console → Safety.
  2. input emergency phone numbers (medical, security, platform support).
  3. Create safety checklists (evacuation routes, assembly points, medical tent locations).
  4. Save the information. It will instantly become accessible to attendees via the Emergency Info tab on the event page.

Broadcasting Emergency Alerts

In case of an urgent update (e.g. weather evacuation, schedule shift, lost child):

  1. Navigate to Safety → Broadcast Alert.
  2. Type your message (keep it concise).
  3. Select targeted audiences (All Attendees, Speakers Only, Volunteers Only).
  4. Click Send Broadcast.
  5. The system triggers real-time SMS, push notifications, and email alerts to all checked-in devices.
